Why We’re Here
At Wildpool, we believe wild swimming isn’t just a sport — it’s a personality type. One that drinks tea on the beach in January and names ducks at the local lido.
Our founder Sami started swimming after knee surgery left him stuck indoors. He didn’t find mindfulness in a gym — he found it in cold rivers, murky lakes, and freezing seas. And he quickly realised: normal shoes weren’t made for this kind of life.
So he made his own.
